ANALYTICAL TEXT

• Definition 

text that explains the phenomenon / problem of events by using arguments that support the idea of the text

• Structure

2. Arguments: this section describes the arguments that support the author's opinion.

• Features

- Using simple present tense

- Using relational processes

- Using an internal conjunction to the state argument

- Making excuses through casual conjunctions or nominalization.

• Purpose

to convince the reader or listener that something is going on.
