In this very rapid era, we must be smart to choose the business we will do. The business must certainly keep up with the times. The business that we will do must also be able to give life in our future, one of the efforts that I think can be used for the future is a drafter.

Shelter is a basic necessity for all living things in this world. The need for residential houses every year will increase and grow. Being a drafter is very rewarding.

By being equipped with creative ideas, it can create attractive designs so that more consumers at the same time make people interested in using this service

ARCHIA is a company engaged in building planning. Design services can be in the form of offers or concept ideas from consumers themselves, but the building we will plan is limited to only 4 floors. We provide services of floor plans, cuts, looks, detailed details as well as budget plans.

Home or residence is a basic daily need. We must be able to make home a place of comfort for us and our families. For us, home is the need of one's dreams.

2. Work Stage 

a. analysis stage 

The first stage we conduct analysis to understand the wishes of the client. We communicate to clients so as to get more complete information. The more information we get, the easier it is for us to understand his wishes. The information we need starts from space needs, number of residents, models, and others.

b. Design stage

Make design drawings that aim to see the initial picture of the design simply using manual drawings.

c. Design Creation

This stage the approved images will be redrawn so that the design results will be more perfect. This process will be carried out in accordance with the planned program.

d. Design Working Drawings

The drafter and client will communicate. Drafter describes working drawings that have been created in the form of layouts, containing 2D images.  

e. revision

At this stage the client will see again whether the design that has been made is as desired. If it is not in accordance with the wishes of the client, then we will revise until we get the desired results. 

f. final 

After revising the design, we will display the final drawings that will be built to realize the client's dream home.
